Erik specialises in competition law. His main work area is EU and Danish competition law and his expertise include merger control and advice on price and discount issues in relation to dominant companies and legal proceedings within competition and procurement law. Erik is specialized in competition litigation both before the Danish courts and the EU courts in Luxembourg.
His special expertise includes appeal cases concerning decisions made by the competition authorities, and actions in damages for competition law violations. Erik has conducted several landmark cases before the Danish Competition Council and the Danish Competition Appeals Tribunal, and he has also handled criminal competition cases.
Erik became a partner in 2000.
