Practice Areas

Morten provides specialist advice on all aspects of EU and Danish competition law, including multi-jurisdictional merger procedures, international cartel investigations, unilateral conduct matters, distribution networks, civil damages actions, compliance programmes and state aid issues. He has considerable experience handling extended Phase I and Phase II merger reviews. In recent years, Morten has spent much of his time on international cartel cases such as the Air Freight Investigation and the Commission's Power Cables Investigation. Morten has also taken an active role in the public debate on the introduction of imprisonment in Danish Competition Law.
