Susanne also offers advice on financial regulation and REMIT. Furthermore, Susanne advises on general corporate financing, transaction financing and margin lending.
Susanne has many years’ experience with derivatives and regularly negotiates a large number of repo and derivatives master agreements and clearing agreements, and she follows international and local market trends and regulation closely.
