Bart represents Danish and foreign clients in a wide array of economic sectors, including energy, telecoms, aviation, shipping, pharmaceuticals, motion pictures, gambling, consumer electronics and foodstuffs. He has provided valuable assistance to clients in proceedings before the European Commission and the European Courts as well as national authorities and/or courts in Denmark, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Korea and the US.
Bart has extensive experience in distribution, pricing and cooperation strategies at both national and international level.
After training as a Belgian attorney-at-law with Linklaters in Brussels, Bart worked in the ECN/Cartel division of the European Commission, Directorate-General for Competition.
Bart became a partner in 2015.
