Marianne specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, restructuring and company law, and also handles general commercial law matters. Marianne advises a wide range of Danish and international industrial and financial clients in connection with M&A, IPOs and public issues, verification processes, restructuring, and corporate governance.

Marianne has advised clients on several landmark and trend-setting capital markets and M&A transactions in Denmark.

Marianne became a partner in 1987.
