Frank Bøggild solves complex litigation and arbitration cases.

Frank is an experienced and accomplished litigator who has argued more than 250 litigation and arbitration cases, including some 30 Supreme Court cases, 110 cases before the High Courts and the Maritime and Commercial High Court, and 40 arbitration cases. He has also appeared before the European Court of Justice and the High Court of Greenland.

He has served as arbitrator and chairman of arbitration tribunals in more than 30 Danish and international commercial disputes, involving sale of goods and contract law, company law, M&A disputes, tort law, shareholder, management and professional liability, public law and bankruptcy law, banking and finance law, EU and competition law, as well as IT, IP and marketing law.
