Jennifer Spaith advises clients in the acquisition and enforcement of all forms of intellectual property, including the preparation, prosecution, and strategic leverage of valuable patent portfolios. She guides development of targeted IP portfolios that meet competitive business goals and manage litigation risk, including the development and analysis of litigation-ready patent assets. She has represented companies of all sizes that develop a range of technologies, including virtualized software systems, artificial intelligence and generative AI, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT) and edge computing, wireless communication systems, semiconductor processing and circuitry including processor and graphical processing unit (GPU) architecture, video game software and systems, spatial computing including wearable devices and augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) applications, surgical navigation and robotic surgery, medical devices, biosensors, and clean or renewable energy technologies, including power distribution systems, battery technologies, purification technologies, and waste-to-energy systems.
