Jim Mutchnik represents corporate and individual clients in antitrust, white-collar crime and commercial litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States and before a variety of federal and state investigative agencies. In the antitrust area, he litigates various matters, from alleged price fixing to price discrimination, and represents clients in dealing with antitrust aspects of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He counsels a wide range of small and large companies in diverse industries on pricing, marketing, distribution and dealer termination issues.
