Mr. Huang graduated from the Law School of Shenzhen University with a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in international law. Mr. Huang joined Llinks Law Offices as a partner in April 2020 and set up Shenzhen Office with other partners. Mr. Huang has been invited as an arbitrator of Shenzhen International Arbitration Court, Shanghai Arbitration Commission, Shanghai International Arbitration Center and South China (Hong Kong) International Arbitration Court, Singapore International Mediation Center (SIMC), Mediation Center of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Benchmark Chambers International & Benchmark International Mediation Center and other well-known mediation institutions, as well as an external tutor of Shenzhen University Law School etc.

Experience

Mr. Huang is a lawyer who is good at solving business disputes with transaction thinking and preventing transaction risks from the perspective of disputes, Mr. Huang has also served as an arbitrator of Shenzhen International Arbitration Court, Shanghai Arbitration Commission and South China (Hong Kong) International Arbitration Court and other well-known arbitration institutions. In recent years, Mr. Huang has heard more than 300 arbitration cases as chief or sole arbitrator, playing a key role in dispute settlement and problem settlement for the parties. As the leader of the team, Mr. Huang has represented hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, providing legal support for clients in property preservation, dispute resolution, judgment enforcement and other aspects.

In addition to dispute resolution, Mr. Huang has been engaged in legal practice in the fields of finance, securities and investment and financing for more than 10 years, with rich legal work experience and broad industry vision. Mr. Huang led his team to serve as legal adviser for a large number of domestic and foreign investment and financing, capital market, mergers and acquisitions and real estate projects, providing professional advice and legal support for financial institutions, large state-owned enterprises, listed companies and investment funds in transaction planning, risk control and implementation.
