Career

Mr. Peiming Yang received his LL.B. degree from Fudan University School of Law. He started practicing law in 1997, and had been a partner at a famous local law firm for a decade. In 2000, he attended a training program sponsored by the Ministry of Justice and worked with Clifford Chance Hong Kong office. Mr. Yang has participated in many Lawyers Debates. He is awarded as "the Best Debater" and has also received many other honorary titles. Mr. Yang joined Llinks Law Offices as a partner in February 2012.

Mr. Yang is an excellent litigator and arbitration lawyer, having represented many multinational corporations, foreign invested enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private companies in hundreds of litigation and arbitration cases. He is especially skilled at resolving disputes concerning FDI, corporate, M&A, international trade, commercial contracts, intellectual property protection, etc.

Mr. Yang is also a perennial legal counsel for many international and local corporations, advising on their daily operations, investments, restructuring & insolvency, merger & acquisition, financing and others.
