Career

Ms. Ren graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, specialising in bankruptcy and restructuring services for nearly eighteen years. She has provided comprehensive legal services for numerous bankruptcy and restructuring cases of commercial enterprises, and accumulated a good market reputation and rich practice experience in the field of large-scale corporate debt restructuring and asset restructuring.

Before joining Llinks, Ms. Ren worked in multiple well-known law firms in Beijing and Shenzhen, where she held positions including lawyer, partner, and head of the bankruptcy practice group in the Southern China region. Ms. Ren also served as a supervisor of the Shenzhen Bankruptcy Administrator Association.

Experience

Ms. Ren has served as the administrator or investor’s legal counsel in a number of listed companies, and has handled many enterprise restructuring cases for large-scale real estate companies, energy-related enterprises, and listed companies. Ms. Ren’s restructuring and insolvency practice covers a wide range of industries, including new energy, renewable energy, synthetic biology, steel, chemical, coal, real estate, construction, shipbuilding, military industry, finance, science and technology, and Internet communications, winning widespread acclaim and client trust in the market. Her representative cases include: the CATL-Snoway Lithium Mine Restructuring, recognized as the "Outstanding Deal of the Year" 2023 by China Business Law Journal (CBLJ); the ST Zhongjie Restructuring, which was selected as the only listed company restructuring case among the Top 10 Investor Protection Classic Cases by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and one of the Top 10 Typical Corporate Bankruptcy Adjudication Cases by the Zhejiang High People's Court in 2023; and the Flower King International Engineering Group Restructuring, awarded "Restructuring Deal of the Year" at the IFLR1000 China Awards 2024.

Ms. Ren has received significant professional recognition, including being named a LEGALBAND Recommended Lawyer in the "Restructuring and Insolvency" field (2024), being listed in the LEGALBAND China Top 15 Lawyers – Debt Restructuring (2024), and winning the IFLR1000 China Awards 2024 "Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer of the Year." She was also recognized as one of the GRCD China Client’s Choice Top 15 Corporate Insolvency Lawyers (2025) and is the recipient of the IFLR1000 China Awards 2025 Lawyer of the Year – Shanghai in Restructuring and Insolvency.
