Career
Mr. Shi received his LL.B. degree from the School of International Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, and joined Llinks Law Offices in 2008.
Mr. Shi specializes in the representation of Chinese and foreign investors and financial institutions in the areas of private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and cross-border transactions. He has advised a wide variety of clients, including Chinese SOEs, leading investment funds, Fortune 500 companies, large-scale Chinese enterprises and listed companies, and spread over various industries, including investment, finance, hi-tech, media, telecom, internet, energy, education, medical, food, manufacturing, retail and consumer, etc.
