Since 2004, Mr. Chen has been practicing law, specializing in commercial real estate and related investment and financing areas, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies and other legal services. Mr. Chen is also the deputy director of the Real Estate Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association.
