Mr. Chen has been practicing law since 2004 and has worked at several well-known domestic law firms, holding key management roles including Senior Partner, Member of the Management Committee, and Managing Partner of the Shanghai office. He joined Llinks Law Offices in April 2026.

Mr. Chen currently serves as arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center), Deputy Director of the Professional Committee Supervision Committee of the Supervisory Board of the Shanghai Bar Association; Deputy Director of the 11th and 12th Political Participation and Deliberation Promotion Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and Deputy Director of the 11th and 12th Real Estate Professional Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. He formerly served as Deputy Director of the Huangpu and Hongkou Lawyers' Working Committees in Shanghai, and as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hongkou District Legal Profession.

Mr. Chen’s main practice areas include commercial real estate and related investment and financing, as well as mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. Mr. Chen has provided comprehensive legal services, including both litigation and non-litigation, for multiple core real estate projects. His scope of services covers professional legal services for the development and operation of shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, residential properties, long-term rental apartments, and industrial real estate (including industrial incubation parks, IDC data centers, etc.), involving all stages of the projects from pre-opening to post-opening daily operations and sales.
