Ms. Xia graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a LLB degree and a LLM degree. She obtained her second LLM degree from Ghent University, Belgium. Ms. Xia is a member of the Education Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.

Ms. Xia possesses rich knowledge and practical experience in Security Issuance, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital.

Within the area of Security Issuance, Ms. Xia has provided legal services for a number of large private enterprises and foreign-invested companies in relation to initial public offering (IPO), bond issuance and private placement.

Ms. Xia is also dedicated to a variety of practices including M&A / Restructuring, Private Equity / Venture Capital, and has provided legal services to prestigious international and domestic companies on high profile mergers and acquisitions, investment and corporate restructuring (including Reverse Take Over).

Besides, Ms. Xia has represented several domestic enterprises in dealing with daily legal issues.
