Graham is based in Glasgow and has specialised in Employment Law almost exclusively for 25 years. He is known for his commercial approach in assisting a variety of clients on all aspects of employment law. He has a particular interest in discrimination, redundancy, TUPE and social media issues.
He has for several years been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as both a specialist in Employment Law & Discrimination Law.
Graham is also known for his negotiation skills and expert advocacy skills. He conducts a variety of training and is regularly asked to write articles on employment law issues.

• Successfully defending a number of complex disability discrimination claim at the Employment Tribunal
• Advising and representing numerous clients on redundancy (and recently Furlough) issues
• Advising a number of large clients through various in - sourcing projects with TUPE implications
• Successfully defending the dismissal of a teacher for capability - one of the first case of its kind in Scotland
• Advising clients on complex multiple holiday pay claims
• Representing a number of clients in relation to high profile multiple Equal Pay claims
• Advising a number of Senior Executives on high profile exits
