Bryn Hodges

Bryn specialises in defending claims against construction and property professionals as well as advising on a wide range of complex, high value coverage issues. He routinely acts for approximately half of the top 20 UK construction companies as well as a number of Global Consultants and has experience of complex, multi-party, multimillion pound claims located both in the UK and abroad. These include claims against design and build contractors, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, project monitors/managers and other construction professionals.

Bryn has advised clients in relation to claims arising out of the construction of various types of building, power stations, process plant, refineries, roads and infrastructure projects in many different countries. He has 20 years’ experience conducting technical disputes arising out of construction and engineering projects involving defects in design and workmanship, programming, delays and quantum. Bryn has extensive experience of disputes involving all the major forms of construction and engineering contracts and civil and commercial litigation in the High Court/TCC and Court of Appeal, Arbitration and Adjudication and all forms of ADR.
