James Roberts

James Roberts is a partner in our professional and commercial disputes team. He has extensive experience of defending claims against a range of professionals, particularly accountants, directors and financial services professionals. He is regularly involved in multi-jurisdictional disputes and with all forms of dispute resolution including mediations and arbitration.

James also specialises in coverage advice, and insurance advisory and policy drafting work. He advises the captive insurers of the largest global accountancy networks on their direct insurance, reinsurance and fronting programmes.

James practised commercial law at the Bar between 1996 and 2002 and currently holds Higher Rights of Audience to appear as an advocate in the Courts of England and Wales.
