Head of the Criminal Law Practice Area.

Experienced litigator dedicated to both prosecution and defence in all sorts of national and international criminal proceedings (extradition proceedings), with extensive knowledge and deep expertise on white-collar crimes and the criminal liability of legal entities.

Renowned expert in corporate compliance (criminal compliance programs) and specialist in conducting and assessing on corporate investigations, having worked on most sensitive corporate investigations across a broad range of industry sectors with implications in different jurisdictions (FCPA, DOJ, SEC; UK Bribery Act, FCA), OFAC, SFO).

Gabriel joined the Criminal Law Practice Area of Garrigues in 1998 and later became a partner in 2009. Since 2015, he is the Head of the Criminal Law Practice Area.
