Francesco has in-depth experience assisting domestic and international corporations in their industrial relations, company reorganizations and restructurings relating to sectors, such as banking and finance, telecommunications and IT, healthcare, chemical and pharmaceutical, energy and natural resources.
Francesco received his Law Degree (J.D.) from Università degli Studi di Bologna in 1988 and joined the Milan Bar Association in 1991 and he is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.
He is a lecturer in courses of specialization in labour law, including at Scuola di Alta Formazione in Diritto del Lavoro, organized by AGI (Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani – Italian Labour Lawyers Association).
