Marta provides assistance to private and public companies, Italian and foreign banks, and private equity funds in connection with corporate and commercial matters. Extensive expertise in relation to cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, in particular in connection with tender offers and public M&A deals, as well as financial restructurings with particular focus on all relevant corporate aspects of such transactions.

Marta received both a Degree in Law (J.D.), with honours, and a Degree in Economics, with honours, from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 2003 and 2001 and she was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 2006. She was an Analyst in the London office of Goldman Sachs International in 2001.
