Carlo assists industrial operators and private equity funds on M&A transactions, commercial agreements, as well as on capital markets matters with a particular focus on the following industries: automotive, publishing and financial services.

Carlo received his Law Degree (J.D.), with highest honours, from Università degli Studi di Torino in 1996; he joined the Italian Bar in 1999 and has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2011. He was Foreign Associate in the New York office of the Law Firm Swaine & Moore LLP in 1998.

He is Deputy Managing Partner of the Firm.
