Davide Cacchioli is a Partner and is in charge of the Competition department, and is based in the Milan office.

He advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger-control cases, cartel investigations and proceedings concerning abuses of dominant position. He also advises on Consumer Code’s matters, on unfair commercial practices and on the Italian foreign investment control regime (so-called “golden power” regime).
