Alessandro is a Partner in the M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets departments, and is based in the Milan office.

He has a wide-ranging and solid experience in corporate and civil law, acquired in more than 25 years through handling various domestic and international transactions. He has been involved in a multiplicity of corporate transactions for a variety of Italian and foreign clients and has managed and personally negotiated more than 100 M&A deals in the last years, acting for both industrial clients and private equity funds in many different sectors of activity, in Italy and abroad. In the capital markets area, he has assisted industrial groups in their IPOs transactions, in capital increases, issuance of convertible bonds and tender offers.

He received his Law Degree (J.D.) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano in 1991 and joined the Milan Bar Association in 1995.
