Alessandro Bardanzellu is a Salary Partner in the Competition department, and is based in the Milan office.
He provides assistance in relation to domestic and European competition law, in particular on cartels, merger control and abuse of dominant position. He represents Italian and foreign companies in proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission and appeal proceedings before the competent national and Eu-ropean courts. He has also acquired experience in proceedings concerning control of foreign investments in Italy (the so-called "golden power"), in EU Law and in Sports law.
