Roberto focuses his practice on litigation in the areas of civil, commercial, and corporate law, before national courts and arbitral tribunals, where he has gained considerable experience also with regard to cross-border disputes.
In 2009 he graduated in Law from Università Bocconi of Milan, and since 2012 has been a member of the Milan Bar Association. Since his admission in 2016, Roberto has been retained in the Roll of Solicitors of Scotland.
