Ascanio Cibrario

Ascanio provides advice to private equity houses and industrial corporations (including publicly listed companies) on extraordinary transactions such as M&A, financing and minority investments.

He provides assistance to international clients in relation to corporate and commercial joint ventures in a range of sectors, including aviation, aerospace and defence.

Ascanio received his Law Degree (J.D.) from Università degli Studi di Torino in 1993 and attended a Postgraduate Course on International Trade Law at Istituto Universitario degli Studi di Torino in 1995; he joined the Milan Bar Association in 1998. He was a Visiting Foreign Lawyer in the Bruxelles office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 1996 to 1998.
