Antonio provides out-of-court legal advice to major Italian and international industrial and financial groups with a focus on corporate and commercial law aspects. The activity in this field includes advising on corporate issues, corporate governance issues, as well as assisting in extraordinary corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financial services, as well as the incorporation of industrial and commercial joint ventures and commercial contracts, including cross-border transactions.

According to the extensive experience acquired over the years in litigation, he also provides legal advice in relation to civil and commercial law disputes and is frequently appointed as a member of Arbitration Boards to settle disputes, including international ones.
