Career

Newly appointed partner effective January 1, 2024, Florent specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing and corporate matters. Florent has actively participated in important international M&A transactions and advise national and international clients relating to Mexican corporate matters, including within the framework of Merger & Acquisitions and Energy and Mining projects. He has advised different companies and entrepreneurs, including French companies, in their incorporation process as well as their day-to-day compliance with corporate obligations in Mexico.

His prior experience includes a 3-year practice at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton Paris’ Office as an associate specialized in M&A and Capital Markets matters. He is admitted to practice law in Mexico, Paris and New York.

Florent studied its law Degree in Université Paris 12, Paris (2009). He has a Master Degree in Corporate Law from the Université Paris Dauphine, Paris (2010), and a Master Degree in Corporate Law from the New York University School of Law, New York, United States (2012).
