He has deep knowledge of and experience with network industries, such as: (i) telecommunications, (ii) broadcasting, (iii) railroad transportation and (iv) oil & gas; as well as other regulated sectors like: (i) healthcare and life science, (ii) financial services, and (iii) air transportation, among others.
Gerardo earned his J.D. from Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas and obtained his LL.M. from Indiana University.
He has been recognized as a Next Generation lawyer, Rising Star in Competition and Antitrust (2019 and 2020) by international publications as well as, a Associate to Watch by Chambers and Partners (2020).
