He has extensive experience in financial, corporate, civil and commercial litigation, including arbitration. He assists national and international clients, industrial groups, private and national private equity funds in the civil and corporate field on a continuous basis.
Filippo holds a magna cum laude degree in Law from the University of Genoa (2001). He holds an LL.M degree in Banking and Finance from the Queen Mary and Westfield University of London – CCLS (2003) and an LL.M. from the University of Texas at Austin – School of Law (2005). He also holds a Ph.D. from the Università degli Studi Roma TRE (2005) and has lectured at the University of Genoa and at the University “Luigi Bocconi” of Milan. He has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2006 is also admitted to the Italian Supreme Court.
