Ewan Miller

Ewan joined Thorntons as a Partner in April 2007 and is based in our Commercial Real Estate team in Dundee. He is a highly experienced solicitor who advises a wide variety of public and private sector clients on their commercial real estate requirements. Ewan has overall responsibility for the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Team. He also has an interest in regulatory issues surrounding housing as well as the regulation of professional bodies. Ewan carries out work for clients across Scotland but with a focus on Tayside and the Highlands. Ewan is well known within the commercial real estate sector and regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on real estate and on professional regulation.

Ewan is also a part-time Chairman of the Private Rented Housing Panel as well as the Homeowners Housing Panel. Ewan is also Chairman of the Mary Slessor Foundation, which carries out charitable work in Nigeria.
