Erik has long experience of advising tenderers and contracting authorities on public procurement matters and has worked on several of Europe’s biggest procurements. He advises clients before, during, and after public procurements and has extensive experience of successfully representing clients in judicial review procedures and in claims for damages related to public procurements. He also advises clients on competition law, state aid matters and foreign direct investments (FDI).
Additionally, Erik lectures on the advanced courses in public procurement law at Uppsala University and Stockholm University.
