He is also highly experienced in foreign investment (FIRB) and warranty & indemnity (W&I) insurance matters. His PE clients include KKR, Blackstone, BGH Capital, PAG and Livingbridge. His broader private capital clients include Morrison, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, Future Fund, Rest and NZ Super. Emin has previously worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and London, and the Australian Takeovers Panel.
