Emin Altiparmak

Emin is Allens' Private Capital Sector Leader and is a highly regarded PE M&A Partner who advises sponsors and other financial investors on takeovers, private M&A and other complex transactions. Emin is well known for execution skills, particularly his commerciality, responsiveness and relationship-driven approach. He is also highly experienced in foreign investment (FIRB) and warranty & indemnity (W&I) insurance matters. His PE clients include KKR, Blackstone, BGH Capital, PAG and Livingbridge. His broader private capital clients include Morrison, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, Future Fund, Rest and NZ Super. Emin has previously worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and London, and the Australian Takeovers Panel.
