Emin is Allens' Private Capital Sector Leader and is a highly regarded PE M&A Partner who advises sponsors and other financial investors on takeovers, private M&A and other complex transactions. Emin is well known for execution skills, particularly his commerciality, responsiveness and relationship-driven approach. He is also highly experienced in foreign investment (FIRB) and warranty & indemnity (W&I) insurance matters. His PE clients include KKR, Blackstone, BGH Capital and Livingbridge. His broader private capital clients include Morrison & Co, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, Future Fund, Rest and NZ Super. Emin has previously worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and London, and the Australian Takeovers Panel.
