David Strock maintains a traditional labor practice in which he advises employers on union-related matters and provides guidance regarding the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements. He regularly represents employers in labor arbitrations; state and federal courts; before the National Labor Relations Board; and employment matters before state agencies and human rights commissions.
Strock also counsels management regarding a wide variety of employment and personnel issues including hiring and disciplinary matters; wage and hour issues; developing and enforcing employment policies and procedures; and implementing procedures to avoid discrimination claims.
Additionally, he lectures, writes articles, and conducts training on employment-related topics for employers and human resources professionals.
