David is Head of the Infrastructure & Transport practice at Allens and specialises in infrastructure projects and PPPs. He also has significant experience advising on resource development projects and project financing transactions.

David regularly leads Allens teams on major infrastructure projects and has led Allens teams on a significant number of successfully closed transactions in origination, advisory and secondary markets, and across a broad range of asset classes including government and private infrastructure, renewable energy and accommodation during the profiled period.
