Partner of the Intellectual Property Department, Cristina provides litigation and contractual advice in all fields of Intellectual Property Law. She also has broad experience in Unfair Competition, Advertising, Defamation Law and Freedom of Speech. She is especially focused on digital business and online platforms, and passionate about new technologies and the fourth industrial revolution.

She has developed his career at Garrigues. Director of the Executive Program on Digital Transformation of the Fashion and retail Industry (Centro de Estudios Garrigues, 2015-20). She is an arbitrator at aDigital and member of Alastria Legal Committee.
