Clare Macpherson

Clare has many years' experience in civil litigation advising a broad range of individual and commercial clients. Clare is based in our Edinburgh office and has run our operation there since 2004. Clare works closely with our other specialist teams to offer her clients comprehensive solutions to their legal problems both for the short and long term.

Clare’s particular area of expertise is Court of Session litigation where she has extensive experience of high value personal injury, professional negligence and commercial actions. Clare has been involved in a large number of considerable damages claims securing life-changing settlements for her and her team’s clients.

Clare is the firm’s Client Relations Partner which involves considerable contact with the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission and the Law Society of Scotland.
