Christopher Criglow

Practice Areas

Chris Criglow focuses his practice on real estate and business transactions and counseling in the industries of agricultural land investment and agribusiness operations, timberland investment, renewable energy project investment and development, and urban/suburban commercial real estate investment and development. He has extensive experience representing private and institutional investors in transactions involving various types of agricultural lands and operations, including vineyards, orchards, berry ranches, and row crops.

In addition to his acquisition experience, Chris has extensive operational experience as well, having served as outside general counsel for one of the largest organic farming and dairy operations in the Pacific Northwest since 2005.
