Practice Areas

Carolina is a Senior Counsel of the Corporate and M&A Department. She mainly focuses her activity on advising listed and unlisted companies as well as private equity funds on M&A, private equity and commercial contracts.

She also advises on a regular basis companies owned by institutions (in particular private equity portfolio companies) and family-owned business on the whole spectrum of corporate and commercial law.

Graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2013, she has been a member of the Bar Association since 2016.
