Brian McDonough

Brian McDonough represents both for profit and not for profit developers of multifamily affordable housing using all forms of government loan programs including tax exempt revenue bonds, low income housing tax credits and state and local subsidized financing. He also represents 501(c)(3) organizations using qualified 501(c)(3) bonds for multifamily housing developments. Brian assists clients with loan programs implemented by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.

Brian McDonough is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He chairs the Firm’s Affordable Housing & Tax Credit Group and is based out of Miami, Florida.

Legal Counsel, Coalition of Affordable Housing Providers (organization of developers, lenders, tax credit syndicators, and other professionals involved in the acquisition, financing, and development of affordable housing in Florida);

Founder & Executive Director, Give Kids A Chance (charitable organization providing scholarships to low-income students);

Board of Directors, Camillus House (provider of housing and supportive services to homeless);

Board of Directors, Casa Familia (provider of affordable housing and related services to intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals)
