Brian McDonough represents both for profit and not for profit developers of multifamily affordable housing using all forms of government loan programs including tax exempt revenue bonds, low income housing tax credits and state and local subsidized financing. He also represents 501(c)(3) organizations using qualified 501(c)(3) bonds for multifamily housing developments. Brian assists clients with loan programs implemented by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.
