Brent's practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, finance, and general corporate matters. His clients include family owned businesses, private equity firms, and other privately held, middle market and lower middle market companies. He works closely with M&A clients and listens to their goals, then customizes a transaction strategy to meet their specific needs.
