Global Chair of the Benefits and Compensation Practice and Local Co-Chair of the New York Tax Department. Represents private equity funds and publicly-held corporations in the design and drafting of equity-based and other incentive compensation arrangements. Regularly advises clients with respect to employment agreements, stock-option, restricted stock, deferred compensation, and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements. He also advises clients with respect to tax, securities, and corporate law issues that arise in connection with the establishment and administration of such plans.
