Josh Holt

Josh Holt represents lenders in a wide range of commercial financial transactions.

Josh draws on a sophisticated understanding of the market and deep industry relationships to advise banks, commercial finance companies, business development companies, private credit funds, and other financial institutions on structuring, negotiating, and documenting:

- Secured and unsecured credit facilities

- Leveraged acquisition financings

- Working capital financings

- Private placements

- Cross-border financings

- Lending to the artificial intelligence sector and adjacent industries

Josh previously served as Regional Department Chair of the firm’s Finance Department in California.

Outside the firm, he serves as a board member for a nonprofit that provides educational opportunities to local youth.
