Mr. Yates has litigated and tried antitrust cases and other complex litigation matters for more than 20 years. His experience includes bringing and defending monopolization claims, cases involving standard setting organizations, and defending claims of conspiracies in restraint of trade. He has successfully opposed certification of classes of both businesses and consumers and has successfully represented clients such as Emerson, CooperVision, Orbitz, SanDisk, Oracle, the United States Soccer Federation, Capital One, Alcatel-Lucent, and Guitar Center in trial courts throughout the country.
