Alfred Pfeiffer has extensive experience with antitrust trials, civil and criminal government antitrust investigations, and competition-related commercial cases and ADR proceedings. In addition to trial work, he has successfully represented clients in investigations conducted by the US DOJ, FTC and California Attorney General's office and advises companies regarding potential strategic acquisitions, joint ventures and distribution agreements. He represents clients across many industries with a particular focus on claims involving dominant firm conduct and the intersection of intellectual property and antitrust.
