Jason Bosworth

Jason Bosworth, Global Vice Chair of Latham’s Banking & Private Credit Practice, represents banks, private credit providers, and corporate borrowers on a full spectrum of finance transactions.

Jason draws on more than two decades of experience overseeing hundreds of billions of dollars in deal value to advise clients on:

- Acquisition financings in the private credit and broadly syndicated loan markets

- Fund finance, including:

- NAV facilities

- Back-leverage facilities

- Hybrid facilities

- Subscription line facilities

- Management company lines

- GP line

- Equity co-invest facilities

- Asset-based financings

- Corporate real estate investment trust (REIT) credit facilities

A key member of the firm’s global banking platform, Jason brings an innovative dealmaking approach to clients’ most complex and consequential transactions. He regularly helps lenders and borrowers develop novel financing structures — such as joint ventures between private credit providers and commercial banks and first out/last out (FOLO) financings — enhancing borrower access to direct lending and other credit products.

Jason leverages a sophisticated global commercial perspective to respond quickly and effectively to clients’ needs. He advises companies across a range of industries, including sports and entertainment, life sciences, and real estate/data centers.

Jason previously practiced in Latham’s Chicago and Orange County offices, and on secondment in Singapore, where he oversaw a series of high-profile deals in the oil and gas sector.
