Jason’s practice focuses on finance with specialties in:

- Asset-based financings

- Acquisition financings

- Working capital financings

- First lien/second lien financings

- Debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings and out of court restructurings

Jason has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and has experience in the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured credit facilities involving term and revolving loans for acquisition and working capital purposes.
