An expert litigator, Ángel has a wealth of experience acting as legal counsel in proceedings before the National Appellate Court and the higher courts, and providing advice on labor and HR matters to the executives and HR Directors. Among other areas of expertise, he manages and advises on the labor law-related aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.) and on all processes deriving from such transactions: restructuring, business successions, senior management contracts, etc.
He lectures on master’s degree programs at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and is a labor law lecturer on various specialist master’s degrees (Alfredo Di Stéfano Master’s Degree in Management of Sports Entities at Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid - Universidad Europea and Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles).
