Andrew Maher

Andrew is Practice Leader of Allens' Disputes & Investigations practice as well as Insurance practice. He has expertise in handling high-value insurance claims and litigation in superior courts on behalf of both insurers and insureds. Andrew's insurance practice has a particular focus on general liability, professional indemnity, directors' and officers' liability, warranty & indemnity, industrial special risks (business interruption), cyber risks and construction all-risks insurance. Andrew also regularly advises clients on their risk management and insurance programs, and on the insurance issues affecting acquisitions and other commercial agreements.
