He has also gained experience in the fields of corporate governance, financial disclosure requirements, assistance to members of corporate bodies of listed companies in Consob proceedings and corporate and real estate litigation.
He holds a law degree, magna cum laude, from the Catholic University of Milan and an LLM in International Commercial and Financial Law from King’s College London. He has been admitted to the Milan Bar since 2013.
