Anders Hauge Gløde

Anders Hauge Gløde is highly specialised and has long-term experience rendering advice on insolvency, bankruptcy and restructuring. He is involved in all aspects within this field of expertise, but is particularly experienced in the acquisition and divestment of businesses (in whole or in part), and he has assisted several enterprises facing bankruptcy by planning and executing acquisition and/or divestment processes. In addition, Anders frequently advises executives of enterprises in distress, for example as to the possibilities of restructuring.

Through a long period of secondment with one of Denmark's largest banks, Anders has gained in-depth knowledge of the banking business and has worked with drafting and adjustment of loan agreements and security documents. Anders is well-known for his profound business understanding within this field of expertise and, accordingly, he renders advice to and represents numerous banks and financial institutions.

Furthermore, Anders has considerable litigation experience conducting legal proceedings before the Danish courts and, in 2016, he was admitted to practise before the Danish High Courts.
